Description

Functions for the COM-Poisson distribution.

Usage

dcmp(x, lambda, nu, log = FALSE)
pcmp(x, lambda, nu)
qcmp(q, lambda, nu, log.p = FALSE)
rcmp(n, lambda, nu)

Arguments

x

vector of quantiles.

q

vector of probabilities.

n

number of observations.

lambda

rate parameter.

nu

dispersion parameter.

log, log.p

logical; if TRUE, probabilities p are given as log(p).

Value

dcmp gives the density, pcmp gives the cumulative probability, qcmp gives the quantile function, and rcmp generates random values.
